These documents were developed to record legal details in relation to the operational environment of civil society organisations in Nigeria. They are often collated from insights gathered from our work and interaction with CSOs to provide perspective on legal matters concerning the Nigerian civic space.

These documents are targeted at government or policy makers to influence policy formulation or review. They provide summaries of specific issues, the policy options to deal with it, and some recommendations on the best option.
